Curriculum

Guardian Angels Catholic School follows the curriculum guidelines from the Archdiocese of Denver Office of Catholic Schools. The curriculum includes: religion, language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, technology, art, physical education, and music.

Special programs have been added to enhance the curriculum.

»   Chopper Topper: This dental program provides students with free sealants that help prevent tooth decay.

»   Liturgy with the Archbishop: This is an opportunity for our 5th graders to celebrate the Eucharist with the Archbishop of Denver and other 5th graders in the Archdiocese.

»   Garden Project:  Students are engaged in hands on learning in all curriculum areas using this outdoor lab.

»   Sacramental Preparation: Students can receive preparation for First Communion, First Reconciliation, and Confirmation.

Blended Learning

Teachers are trained through quality research based professional development to be blended learning instructors and meet the individual needs of each student though various teaching methods and using technology in a responsible manner.

Title I & Special Education

The Resource Room allows for smaller groups of students to work more closely with our teachers in different subject areas including math and reading. 

Weekly Mass & Adoration

To continue growing in our faith, the Guardian Angels school community celebrates weekly mass at 9:00am on Fridays. The students are the worship leaders and choir at these masses. We also have Adoration on the First Friday of each month from noon-2.
